Louisville isn't a Michelin-rated city, so you won't find officially starred restaurants here, but the kitchens punch well above that. These are the city's most acclaimed, chef-driven tables, all lovely for a pescatarian, with seafood and vegetables leading the way. Tip: mention pescatarian when you book, and the kitchens will take good care of you.
